Aloha {{ first_name|default:'Friend' }},

Most boardshorts make you pick: the right fit or the right fabric. The Generals don't ask.

HIC just dropped them in three clean solids — Black, Navy, and Teal. Same 8-way Octo stretch that's in every pair we make. Same quick-dry coating, same SPF 50. What's different is the cut: a shorter 20-inch outseam that sits just above the knee, and a size run from 28 all the way to 60. The widest we've ever offered.

They start at $69 — the easiest way into the HIC lineup yet.

All Three In Stock — For Now

Why They Last

8-way stretch beats 4-way. Not close.

Most boardshorts stretch two ways — side to side, up and down. The Generals stretch eight. Diagonal and rotational, every angle you actually move. Paddle out at dawn, then sit through a long lunch — the fabric moves with you and snaps right back.

The quick-dry coating sheds water on contact. SPF 50 keeps your skin covered through the longest day on the sand. Triple-needle seams that don't quit.

Limited Run

When a color's gone,
it's gone.

HIC makes the Generals in small batches. No backorders, no reprints. Navy is already sold out in a handful of sizes and the rest are moving. Anything in stock ships the same day — order by 2 PM, Monday to Friday, and it's out the door. If yours is in stock today, that's the window.
