Shipping

We strive to ship your order as fast as possible.  If the item is in stock in our large Maui showroom, orders received before 2 PM HST will be shipped out the same day M-F.

  • Offer applies exclusively to domestic shipments within the United States.
  • Offer is not valid on international shipments.

Expedited FedEx 2Day Shipping

All of our AlohaClothes members receive a discounted FedEx 2nd Day rate. Even though we ship from the island of Maui, Expedited shipments should arrive within Two to Three business days, according to FedEx.

Sale Promotion Guidelines

  • All merchandise and inventory are subject to prior sale and availability.
  • A valid promotional code must be entered at the time of checkout to receive the applicable discount.
  • This promotion applies to new purchases only and is not valid on any previous orders.

Exchanges & Returns

Aloha! We’re so excited to have you shop with us at AlohaClothes.com and hope you love your new finds as much as we do! If for any reason your purchase doesn’t quite meet your expectations, no worries—you’re welcome to return it within 30 days from the date your order delivered.

Just a friendly note: items marked as Final Sale or found in our Clearance Section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Mahalo for understanding that all items in our Clearance Section are considered Final Sale. While these items are brand new and have never been worn or washed, they’re offered at special prices, so we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for them.

All returns are subject to evaluation by AlohaClothes.

IF YOUR RETURN IS FOR AN EXCHANGE

Option 1: Straight Exchange (No Refund Issued)

Please enclose the following with your return (legible written):

  • Your order number and shipping address
  • Exchange details (size, color, or different item)
  • A personal check or money order for shipping:
    - $9.00 for the first item
    - $2.00 for each additional item
    - Include any price differences (e.g., for larger sizes or more expensive items)
  • Make payable to: MauiShirts.com Inc
  • Email JZ at jz@MauiShirts.com to notify us of your exchange
  • Exchange will ship once your return is received and processed
  • No refund will be issued

Option 2: Online Exchange (Refund Issued)

  • For expedited exchange, place a new order online
  • Free Shipping Promotion applies to new purchase only — not exchanges
  • Exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund if Free Shipping was used
  • Coupon discounts will be deducted from your refund if a discount coupon was used
  • If exchange items are unavailable, substitutions will be offered or partial refund issued
  • International customers must place exchange orders online

IF YOUR RETURN IS NOT FOR AN EXCHANGE

  • 15% restocking fee applies
  • Return item(s) must be received by AlohaClothes within 30 days of the delivery date
  • We are unable to accept return item(s) beyond 30 days from the delivery date. We appreciate your understanding.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

A refund will be issued if:

  • Item is in original condition with all tags/accessories attached
  • Item is received within 30 days of delivery

No Refund Will Be Issued If:

  • Items are worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or missing tags/accessories
  • Returns are received after 30 days of delivery
  • Items not eligible for refund will be returned at your cost
  • All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

Please contact us via email or phone if you received merchandise that is defective or wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.  AlohaClothes will make it right without hesitation. 

Merchandise Price and Shipping Charge

Due to ongoing price increases from shipping carriers, manufacturers, and other costs core to our business, all prices and inventory are subject to change without prior notice.  All items are subject to prior sale.

Gift Exchange

No refund is offered if you receive our merchandise as a GIFT; only exchanges will be allowed.  A proof of purchase is needed to facilitate the exchange.  Please contact us via email or phone for a gift exchange return process.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 

All outgoing orders are processed in the Morning around 10 am (Hawaii time) from Monday thru Friday according to the date and time we received from Amazon.com.  

ORDER PROCESSING / HANDLING TIME 

AlohaClothes order processing time is based on stock availability and demand; 1-2 business days for immediate stock items before your order is shipped and 3-5 business days for non immediate stock items before your order is shipped in most cases.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Order ships via USPS Priority Mail  or USPS First Classic Mail

U.S. Postal Service (USPS) service days are Monday thru Saturday excluding holidays.  According to USPS, shipping time within the continental USA is usually 3-5 business days to most locations during non-holiday periods.  USPS does not guarantee a certain delivery date.  Free shipping orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail; shipping time within the continental USA is usually 7-10 business days to most locations during non-holiday periods.   

Expedited order ships via FedEx 2nd Day 

$24.99 Flat Rate (approx. 6-8 items max).  Additional shipping may require.  FedEx service days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.  According to FedEx, delivery day within the continental USA is guaranteed in 2-3 business days.    

Your phone number is required to process an Expedited shipment.  FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Please be available for FedEx delivery.  Signature will be required for delivery for orders over $200.00.  FedEx only makes 3 attempts to deliver your package(s) on consecutive business days.  Then your package(s) will be held for 2 additional business days at your local FedEx location before being returned to us.  Please call 1-800-GoFedEx (1800-463-3339) to avoid having your package(s) returned.

You will be responsible for return shipping (2 to 3 times more than your original shipping charges) for FedEx orders that ship back to us marked "Refused" or "Undeliverable".

APO & FPO Shipping order ships via USPS Priority Mail

$9.90 for the first item and $0.99 for each additional item.  You are responsible for all customs and duty fees.

Shipping Rates

•    Mahalo for your order!  We ship worldwide using USPS.  
•    Rates vary by country. Additional postage may apply based on USPS’s current rates.
•    If extra charges are required, we will contact you before shipping.
•    We reserve the right to determine and select the most cost-effective shipping method when a Promotional Coupon Code is applied.
•    Unless otherwise stated, orders placed with a Promotional Coupon Code will generally be fulfilled and shipped via USPS First-Class International Shipping.

Customs & Import Fees 

•    Your country’s customs may charge VAT, GST, duties, or handling fees before delivery.
•    These fees are not included in the price you paid us and are the buyer’s responsibility.
•    Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Delivery Times

•    Delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed.
•    Packages may be delayed by customs, holidays, or local mail volume.
•    Once shipped, we cannot speed up the process.

Tracking Information

•    USPS always shows when a package leaves the U.S.
•    Once in your country, updates depend on your local postal service: 
   o    Some countries provide full delivery scans.
   o    Others may only show limited updates (or none at all).
   o    Please check your local postal service website for more details.

Returned International Mail

•    If a package is detained, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, duties, or taxes, a refund will be issued minus,
   o    shipping costs, 
   o    a 15% restocking fees, 
   o    and any fees charged by your country’s customs.

Shipping Speed Options

(1) USPS First-Class International Shipping 

•    Delivery time: Usually 2–6 weeks, sometimes longer due to customs or local delays.
•    Tracking: Limited.
   o    Shows U.S. acceptance and departure.
   o    Last U.S. scan is usually Los Angeles International Distribution Center before export.
   o    Foreign postal scans may appear on your local postal website.
   o    Final delivery scans are not guaranteed. 
•    Insurance/Guarantees: Not included.  Delivery times are not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: 

•    USPS will always show tracking until your package leaves the U.S.
•    Once it arrives in your country, tracking updates are handled by your local postal service.  Many countries do not scan the package at final delivery, so the tracking may stop after U.S. departure.
•    Because of this, our responsibility ends once the package leaves the United States.  We cannot guarantee final delivery scans, updates, or delivery times for First-Class International.

(2) USPS Priority Mail International Shipping 

•    Delivery time: Typically 6–10 business days to most countries.  (customs delays possible). 
•    Tracking:
   o    Full end-to-end tracking in most destinations.
   o    Visible on both USPS and your local postal service.
•    Insurance/Guarantees: Included.  Coverage up to $200 USD for merchandise or $100 for documents (varies by destination).  Delivery times are not guaranteed.
