We Ship Fast

We strive to ship your order as fast as possible.  If the item is in stock in our large Maui showroom, orders received before 2 PM HST will be shipped out the same day M-F.  

  •  Free Standard Shipping

    Coupon Code FREE is required to activate the free shipping promotion during check out. All orders within the domestic United States are eligible for FREE USPS First Class Shipping, with tracking included. Items ordered with standard shipping arrive between three and five busniess days after we process the order. Orders are processed throughout the day. Oftentimes an order will go out the same day it is received! Shipping fast is very important to us. This promotion cannot be combined with any other coupon code or promotions.

  •  Expedited Shipping

    All of our AlohaClothes members receive a discounted FedEx 2nd Day rate. Even though we ship from the island of Maui, Expedited shipments should arrive within Two to Three business days, according to FedEx.

  •  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
    • Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed and shipped the next business day.
    • Orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays.
    • Orders to APO/FPO addresses ship free via USPS Military Mail and arrive in up to 30-45 days.
 

Exchanges & Returns

    Mahalo for your order from AlohaClothes.com.  All returns are subject to evaluation by AlohaClothes.

    Please note that no return or exchange can be done if merchandise received by AlohaClothes not in original condition (worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, missing original tags and accessories, obvious signs of use).


    If your return is FOR an exchange

    Option (1) Straight Exchange

    Please enclose the exchange information using legible handwriting with your return

    1) Your contact number and shipping address.
    2) Exchange size, color, or a different merchandise.
    3) Exchange dollar amount must be equal or greater value than your original purchase.
    4) Domestic exchanges do not qualify for free shipping promotion.
    5) Please include a personal check or money order to MauiShirts.com, Inc. for exchange shipping ($9.00 per item and $2.00 for each additional item). Please include any price differences for bigger sizes or different merchandise.
    6) Your exchange will ship once we have received and processed your returned merchandise.

    Option (2) Online Exchange

    1) If you need your domestic exchange expedited - please place your exchange order online.
    2) Exchange shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if Free Shipping is selected.
    3) Discount cost will be deducted from your refund if a Coupon Code is used.
    4) Substitutions will be offered if exchange merchandise is not available. Partial refund will be issued if no response. 
    5) For International exchanges - please place your exchange order online.

  If your return is NOT for an exchange

  1) 15% restocking fee will be deducted for all returns that are not for            exchanges.

  2) Return merchandise received by AlohaClothes within 30 days of              delivery - 85% of merchandise price will be refunded. 

  3) Return merchandise received by AlohaClothes pass 30 days of delivery    - store credit only.

  • A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED

    Please be kind to other Aloha wear lovers!  We shipped you a brand new item and expect to receive a return in new condition.  Mahalo in advance for your kokua!

    1) Merchandise returned in original condition with all original tags and accessories still attached.
    2) Merchandise received by AlohaClothes within 30 days or delivery. 
    3) Please allow AlohaClothes 7-10 business days to process your return.

    Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

    Please contact us via email or phone if you received merchandise that is defective or wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.  AlohaClothes will make it right without hesitation. 

    Merchandise Price and Shipping Charge

    Due to ongoing price increases from shipping carriers, manufacturers, and other costs core to our business, all prices and inventory are subject to change without prior notice.  All items are subject to prior sale.

    Gift Exchange

    No refund is offered if you receive our merchandise as a GIFT; only exchanges will be allowed.  A proof of purchase is needed to facilitate the exchange.  Please contact us via email or phone for a gift exchange return process.

    Shipping

    We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

    When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

    Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

    All outgoing orders are processed in the Morning around 9 am (Hawaii time) from Monday thru Friday according to the date and time we received from Amazon.com.  

    ORDER PROCESSING / HANDLING TIME 

    Order processing/handling time is the elapsed time between when the buyer places the order (Purchase Date) and the seller hands the order over to the delivery service (Expected Ship Date).

    AlohaClothes order processing time is based on stock availability and demand; 1-2 business days for immediate stock items before your order is shipped and 3-5 business days for non immediate stock items before your order is shipped in most cases.

    ORDER TRANSIT TIME

    Order transit time is the time elapsed between when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service (Expected Ship Date; shipping time begins) to when it appears at the buyer’s doorstep (Estimated Delivery Date).

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

    Standard order ships via USPS Priority Mail  or USPS First Classic Mail

    U.S. Postal Service (USPS) service days are Monday thru Saturday excluding holidays.  According to USPS, shipping time within the continental USA is usually 3-5 business days to most locations during non-holiday periods.  USPS does not guarantee a certain delivery date.  Free shipping orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail; shipping time within the continental USA is usually 5-8 business days to most locations during non-holiday periods.   

    Expedited order ships via FedEx 2nd Day 

    $24.99 Flat Rate (approx. 6-8 items max).  Additional shipping may require.  FedEx service days are Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.  According to FedEx, delivery day within the continental USA is guaranteed in 2 business days.    

    Your phone number is required to process an Expedited shipment.  FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

    Please be available for FedEx delivery.  Signature will be required for delivery for orders over $200.00.  FedEx only makes 3 attempts to deliver your package(s) on consecutive business days.  Then your package(s) will be held for 2 additional business days at your local FedEx location before being returned to us.  Please call 1-800-GoFedEx (1800-463-3339) to avoid having your package(s) returned.

    You will be responsible for return shipping (2 to 3 times more than your original shipping charges) for FedEx orders that ship back to us marked "Refused" or "Undeliverable".

    APO & FPO Shipping order ships via USPS Priority Mail

    $9.90 for the first item and $0.99 for each additional item.  You are responsible for all customs and duty fees.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Shipping and delivery times vary greatly by each country.  There are no guarantees of delivery times for international shipments.  Please do not place an order if you are in a rush.  When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimation.

    Each country has different shipping costs designated by the U.S. Post Office.  You will receive an email if additional shipping charges are required.  Your order could be cancelled if we do not hear from you.

    International Standard order ships via USPS International Priority Mail or First Class International

    Some orders may ship via International Registered First Class Mail.  According to the USPS, shipping time is usually 7 - 10 business days to most locations during non-holiday periods.  USPS does not guarantee a certain delivery date.  When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond USPS's delivery estimation.



    CUSTOMS / DUTIES / TAXES for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    International customers are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.  Our international shipping charges do not include custom duties, local taxes or import fees.  Buyers or gift recipients may be subject to additional charges for 'Customs Clearance' levied by each country. 
    Customs policies vary from country to country.  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  Please contact your local customs office to request details of these fees before ordering. 
    Any international packages detained or impounded and returned to us due to your refusal to pay the customs charges, import duty, excise duty, or value added tax etc, a refund will be issued less 15% restocking and handling fee, shipping fees, and any other charges incurred and/or assessed by the customs in your country.
    INSURANCE COVERAGE for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    Commercial Goods
    As required by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.  All international orders will be 100% insured and valued at full price (merchandise prices and shipping charges) as 'Commercial Goods'.  Your order could be cancelled and marked "Address Undeliverable" if it cannot be sent 100% insured.
    Please notify us if you prefer us to value your order at a different price.  Your order will be insured at the value you specify.  You will assume full responsibility for all insurance liability if your order is lost since your order is not 100% insured.       
    Gifts
    The customs duties, taxes and fees cost less or are treated differently for gifts in some countries. 
    Please notify us your purchase is a 'gift' and let us know what dollar amount you want your gift to be valued at.  We will value your order at half of the merchandise purchase price inclusive of the shipping charges if no dollar amount is included with your gift purchase request.  Your order will be insured at the amount you want your gift to be valued.  You will assume full responsibility for all insurance liability if your order is lost since your order is not 100% insured.
